By using this Site, User acknowledges that User has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions of Use without limitation or qualification. Any provider locator or directory available on this Site (the “Provider Locator”) is provided by Nova Skincare as a reference tool containing limited demographic and professional information regarding certain owners or users of Nova Skincare devices in the United States and/or Canada (“Providers”) who have elected to participate. Providers are neither compensated nor charged for inclusion, and use of the Provider Locator is provided free of charge to User.

User expressly agrees that any participation in, reliance upon, or use of information obtained through the Provider Locator is entirely at User’s own risk. Search results are generated solely based on criteria entered by User at the time of search. Nova Skincare makes no representations or warranties that the Provider Locator or its content is error-free, complete, current, accurate, or reliable.

Nova Skincare does not guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the Provider Locator and assumes no responsibility for downtime, interruptions, technical issues, or potential viruses or harmful components that may affect User’s computer equipment. Nova Skincare is under no obligation to compensate Users or Providers for any such issues.

Nova Skincare does not review, verify, or evaluate the credentials, qualifications, experience, licensing, or competence of any Provider listed in the Provider Locator. Inclusion of a Provider does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or recommendation by Nova Skincare, nor does it imply compliance with any laws, regulations, or professional standards.

Any distinctions or categorizations displayed within the Provider Locator are based solely on internal data (such as sales or device ownership) and do not reflect clinical expertise, treatment outcomes, or professional capability. Use of the Provider Locator to verify or validate Provider credentials is strictly prohibited.

User acknowledges and agrees that all communications and interactions with any Provider are solely between User and the Provider. Nova Skincare shall not be liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or services provided by any Provider, or for any reliance on information contained in the Provider Locator.
Nova Skincare shall not be responsible or liable for any acts or omissions, including negligent acts or omissions, of any Provider or any of their employees, contractors, or agents.

All medical, aesthetic, or treatment-related decisions are made solely by the Provider. Nova Skincare does not control, influence, or interfere with the professional judgment or clinical decisions of any Provider, nor does it manage or supervise the relationship between User and Provider.

Provider information may change without notice, and Nova Skincare may not be aware of such changes. As a result, the Provider Locator may contain outdated or incomplete information. Nova Skincare assumes no responsibility or liability for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, or expenses arising from or related to use of the Provider Locator or services provided by any listed Provider, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ALL INFORMATION AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE AND PROVIDER LOCATOR ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS, AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

If User does not agree to these terms, User must not access or use the Provider Locator or Site.

PATENTS

This Site may reference technologies, systems, methods, or devices that are protected by issued patents or pending patent applications owned or licensed by Nova Skincare. No license or right is granted to User with respect to any such intellectual property.
Nova Skincare may mark products pursuant to applicable patent-marking laws, including 35 U.S.C. § 287(a), where applicable.
